Description

How we make these:

1.) The adjustable headband is constructed of Linear Low Density Polyethylene for a soft feel and can be cleaned with alcohol.

2.) Clear face shield is made of Polycarbonate. This is the premium optical material used in fighter jet canopies.

3.) The colored adapter is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). It can be custom colored on orders over 500 (call for details). It is a versatile material used in durable items like car bumpers and football helmets. The adapter creates a space between the face and the shield for comfort, to accommodate eyewear and it prevents fogging.
